The Story
Âsude is the longest piece in the current collection, drawn upward like a column in a quiet courtyard.
Its drum shade is dressed in cream and gold Ottoman brocade — a fabric Burcu found rolled and forgotten in a tailor's back room — set against a slender hand-patinated brass column.
It is most at home where the ceiling is high and the silence is welcome.
